Each year Michigan Pheasants Forever Chapters have an annual banquet to get fellow pheasant hunters and those in the community to gather together in support of our pheasants. Raising money to help the efforts of conservation and habitat that is related to our pheasant population. As well, educating those new members and or youth in why our Pheasants Forever Chapter is important to the sport in our communities.
Every year we get together to celebrate the year that was and get excite for what the new year will bring to the Michigan Pheasants Forever.
All of the efforts made today by Pheasants Forever have little impact without future conservation leaders taking a stand for wildlife habitat conservation. With this in mind, Pheasants Forever has become a leader in youth initiatives among other conservation groups and strives to create the conservation leaders of the future.
Michigan Pheasants Forever offers up training opportunities and workshops throughout the year, educating adults and youth alike. Pheasant Fridays are offered during the summer months at State Parks & Rec Areas to educate the general public about pheasants, their habitat & how pollinator habitat is good for more than just pheasants. How to Be a Mentor, Landowner Workshops or learning out to run a Pollinator Project are some of the Training Opportunities offered to adults.
